Tomato/basil bread mix

A wholegrain wheat flour mix with tomato flakes (14%) and basil that bakes into a fragrant loaf at home. Made by Grauda Spēks, Jelgava.
How to use
You also need 400 ml water, 1 tbsp oil and 40 g grated melting cheese.
In a bread machine choose the Basic programme, 1 kg.
In the oven, dissolve the yeast in a little warm liquid, knead a firm dough, let it rise for 1–2 h and bake at 180–200 °C for about 45–60 min.
Ingredients: Wholegrain wheat flour, tomato flakes 14%, sugar, salt, yeast, basil 0.2%.
Allergens: May contain sesame, peanuts, other nuts and wheat flour.
Shelf life: 4 months
