Oriental pumpkin seed bread mix

A vegan wholegrain wheat flour blend with pumpkin seeds (14%) and warm spices: cinnamon, turmeric and cardamom. Made by Grauda Spēks, Jelgava.
How to use
You also need 400 ml water or milk, 30 ml oil and 1–2 tbsp honey.
In a bread machine choose the Basic programme, 1 kg.
In the oven, knead the dough, let it rise for 1–2 h and bake at 180–200 °C for about 45–60 min.
Ingredients: Wholegrain wheat flour, pumpkin seeds 14%, sugar, salt, cinnamon, turmeric, yeast, cardamom.
