Rye malt 500g

Rye malt in a 500 g pack from Grauda Spēks, Jelgava. A useful ingredient for bakers, added to the dough.
How to use
Add 3–8% of the flour weight.
Use in rye bread dough for a darker colour and a malty aroma.
Mix with the flour before adding the liquid.
Shelf life: 6 months
