Wholegrain pizza mix

A wholegrain wheat flour blend with yeast and pizza herbs (oregano, basil, garlic, onion, pepper) for a homemade pizza base. Made by Grauda Spēks, Jelgava.
How to use
You also need 270 ml water or milk and 1 tbsp oil.
Dissolve the yeast in a little warm liquid, add the flour blend and the remaining liquid.
Knead, let rise for 1–2 h, roll out, add toppings and bake.
Ingredients: Wholegrain wheat flour, sugar, yeast, salt, pizza herbs (oregano, basil, garlic, onion, pepper).
Allergens: May contain sesame, peanuts, other nuts and wheat flour.
Shelf life: 4 months
