ZS Eži

Pāvels Kavuns founded the "Eži" farm in 2000. As the farm grew, he began processing fruit into juices, expanding the product range. The farm offers 100% natural juices in Bag-in-Box packaging: apple juice, apple-chokeberry juice, apple-blackcurrant juice, apple-carrot juice, tomato juice and pear juice. Custom juice pressing from the customer's own produce is also available. The orchards, covering more than 20 hectares, grow apple trees, pear trees, highbush blueberries and chokeberries, while tomatoes are grown in greenhouses. For several years the farm has taken part in the "School Fruit" scheme, supplying fresh apples to local schools and to schools in neighbouring municipalities. The owners are proud that over the years they have managed to develop and improve the farm's work, processing local and their own produce into well-known products that are in demand. The products can be bought at markets, in the "Top" retail chain and, by prior arrangement, at the farm.
