Vegetable chips Mix

Vegetable crisps made from beetroot, pumpkin and potatoes by Zeldari in Jelgava. They are not fried in oil but baked in the oven with butter, and the recipe uses no E-number additives.
How to use
As a crunchy snack with tea or on a film night
To top soups and salads
With sour cream or a yoghurt dip
Ingredients: Beetroot, pumpkin, potatoes, potato starch, butter, carrots, onions, lemon juice, sugar, salt, caraway
